The Federal Gov't Can Do "Most Anything"

Here's video from a town hall meeting of Californicating Congresscritter Peter Stark.  A constituent, using Obamacare as an example, and using logic, forces Stark to admit that, in their view, the Constitution doesn't really place any limits upon what the federal government can do to/for us.  The idea of enumerated powers is soooooo quaint.

I saw this clip a while ago. I was wishing we had more voters like that woman over here, that would give us some hope for the future. Kudos to her whoever she was.
