It doesn't look like he's too impressed with the man's junk.
Keeping it PG-13 on the comments for ya, because you know where this could lead.
That's still less invasive than what he did to taxpayers for years and years.
But that's part of the "Franking Privilege" that Congress has, isn't it, Ben?
