HERE'S YOUR SIGN WEEK

Our first story comes to us today from Manitowoc, WI where police said that a bear at the zoo bit off a woman's fingers after she ignored barriers and warning signs and tried to feed the critter. In her attempt to hand-feed one of the two Asiatic black bears, the woman lost a thumb and a forefinger and had two other fingers partially severed.

"A mayor's office statement says alcohol played a factor." I'm confused. Who was drinking? The woman or the bears? I would bet on the woman, since authorities also noted, "She sure had a lot of Obama bumper stickers on her vehicle." We think she deserves another sign, and here it is.

In some good news, the Wyoming Firearms Freedom Act has passed the state senate and is fully expected to be signed by the governor. From the Billings Gazette: "Currently, gun advocates in Montana are testing that state’s Firearms Freedom Act in federal court. If a federal judge strikes the Montana law down, gun advocates in Wyoming might file a lawsuit testing Wyoming’s law, said Wyoming Gun Owners Association Executive Director Anthony Bouchard."

Here in the Rocky Mountain West, we do not hold out much hope of anything even remotely resembling Constitutionality oozing from the Federal 9th Circuit Court, which rules over Montana from a plush mental institution in Kalifornia. The 9th Circus Court is proud of its status as the most over-ruled Federal District Court in the country and in history. Pandering to their uber-liberal tree-hugger eco-wacko Kalifornicator buddies, the court has dealt near fatal blows to the timber and mining industries in Montana, and they'll do the same for farming/ranching, guns, and hunting if they get the chance.

Things don't look to improve. Barack Hussien Obama ("mmm...mmm...mmm") wants to appoint one Goodwin Liu to the bench. He's currently a professor of law at Berkeley, which should tell you all you need to know. He believes the same thing that the president did when he "taught", without leaving a scrap of documentation, at the U of Chicago; that the Constitution is a living, breathing, morphing, oozing, amoebae-like document that changes daily, and the process for those changes should come from judicial "interpretation" rather than that pesky old Amendment thing provided by the Founding Fathers for just such purposes.

Of Liu, opponents say things like, "He believes the Constitution is something judges can manipulate to have it say what they think culture or evolving standards of decency requires of it in a given day." and "Liu believes that judges have the authority to impose their views ... using clever verbal camouflage to disguise what they're doing."

Obama Regime Spokespersons were quickly echoed by the state-run media in rationally and intellectually responding to these charges by labeling all opponents, "Racists! Bigots! Nazis!"

Meanwhile, in "Religion of Peace" news, Adam Gadahn, now known as Azzam al-Amriki, Al-Qaidi's American-born spokesman, is calling for American Muslims to kill us denizens of the Great Satan on our home turf. In a released video message, he rants away with a Kalashnikov beside him about, among other themes, how he believes Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan is a true a hero and a martyr to be emulated in destroying what he calls American high-value targets.

"Brother Nidal is the ideal role-model for every repentant Muslim in the armies of the unbelievers and apostate regimes...Nidal Hassan is a pioneer, a trailblazer and a role-model who has opened a door, lit a path and shown the way forward for every Muslim who finds himself among the unbelievers."

"You shouldn't make the mistake of thinking that military bases are the only high-value targets in America and the West. On the contrary, there are countless other strategic places, institutions and installations which, by striking, the Muslim can do major damage."
Attorney General Janet "Reno" Napolitano responded, "We are far too busy dealing with right-wing extremists such as Tea Party attendees, NRA members, and white Anglo-Saxon Protestant military veterans to worry about such silly things as some highly unlikely and improbable terrorist act by our poor misunderstood brothers in the Religion of Peace. Besides, if you feel otherwise you are a Racist, Bigot, and Nazi!"

Lastly, the Great Satan is standing back from the Iraqi popular elections to ensure fairness.
"In a briefing at the White House last week, senior advisers who spoke on the condition of anonymity hammered home two messages: "We can't and we will not tell them how to conduct their affairs," an official said of the Iraqis. "That's up to them."..."We can't and we will not tell them how to conduct their affairs."
An Obama spokesperson did add this caveat: "Except, of course, if the guy we're backing doesn't win. Then, just like we did in Afghanistan, we'll browbeat him into conceding the election was unfair and that we need another run-off election in which, golly gee, by strange coincidence, our guy wins."
